  3. I do think welfare should only go to disabled people that cannot work due to their conditions. If you can work you should get nothing. There are disabled people. I having problems with memory so I do not remember much. I think people should fogget what your consuler said and think do I need this. Some states offer community colleges for FREE. Maybe an Idea.   9. I don't the US is the Worst case, in Colombia 86% of children lives with single mother. I lived in Brazil, you can see teenagers pregnent. So the US is bad not that bad, I think thing are pretty bad in Europe, even eastern europe have high rates of divorce, Russia is full of single mothers. Now do you want to go to the third world of a trad wife?

  11. I don't think America has a racist system. In the 1960s, yes this was a problem. But I do think on an individual level there are some racist individuals. But it is less and less. But it is funny how Americans are so stuck in the past. I think we should learn from it but think forwardly. History is history and it cannot be changed and unfortunately it can be rewritten. But think forward not backwards. I do think the problem with Black Americans is culture in the black community, they should look forward not backwards. And the problem is the prison and gangster culture that tookover the community and this can only be solved in an individual level collectively.

I was thinking why in China have so little single mother, because in a 1st tier city a Chinese pension is 200 RMB and the Children need to take care of the old or else the elder will live in poverty.

  18. Ok the problem with teaching teenager tax system is the complexty of it all. The american tax system is complex. How you will teach in a semester to teenager. To be an accountant or tax attorney you need years of training. But I do think students loans and the implications of taking it should be taught.
