One thing they said that Hitler wasn't socialist and I always supected that there was something wrong because of his party the nacional SOCIALIST party. I know that Hitler is not a marxist. Another thing is you mention about Venezuela. But you forgot to say that in Latin America socialism have been around since the 1930s. They don't tell you this but the military dictatorship was all socialist with the expection of Pinochet. That why Latin America is so poor. Argentina used to be one of the richest country in the world before an socialist dictator call Perón nacionalized industries. And in Brazil socialism started with Getúlio Vargas, and went on to a marxist president Juscelino Kubitschek with his 5 years plans to industrize and marxist sucessor João Goulart that was outest by the military that was socialist and open alot of government owned company.
