Seeing Stellantis leaving China, seeing the Koreans leaving China, and probably Ford and GM leave China, GM left Europe, Opel Vauxhall was GM Europe, Ford left Brazil and seeing them leaving South America, GM left South Africa, I just see Americans automaker selling for Americans, maybe the Japanese and Korean can keep selling their cars in America. Volvo and VW I see leaving the American market. Is just this protectionist policy so dumb. I just sell poorly made vehicles and probably in the future, the Chinese, Japanese, and Europeans will laugh at American cars.

Maserati could go, Ferrari could buy it, or the Chinese, Alfa Romeo the same. Maybe do Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Ferrari. I think it will go well. Now I would sell Opel/Vauxhall to the Chinese, and I would sell also Fiat, Peugeot, or Citroen, I feel the three together will Opel/Vauxhall are competitors and shouldn't be part of the same brand. I will close Chrysler and keep Jeep, and Ram, one European brand. Probably I would get Fiat off the American market. And 4 brands are more manageable, I don't think the Americans would accept Jeep, Ram, or Dodge to go to China though. DS will have to be closed too and nobody cares, Lancia will go too, unfortunately. Maybe Alfa Romeo can be a brand that Ferrari does to compete with BMW, and Maserati a lower-end Ferrari and there is Ferrari, I see Maserati competing with the Corvettes.

I would keep Ram, and Dodge, one European brand, maybe I would sell Alfa Romeo, I would see Citroen or Peugeot, and I would keep Fiat, very profitable in Latin America. Maybe Fiat can be the lower end and Peugeot and be the upper end. Or do what Renault, Nissan, and Mitsubishi did, Nissan focused on North America a little in South America, Renault focused on South America and Europe, and Mitsubishi on Asia, Fiat should focus on Latin America, maybe I keep Citroen and focus on it on Asia and the middle east and sell Peugeot for the Chinese. Dodge would be an American brand only for the North American market. Ram would produce Trucks so I'd scraped the trucks produced by another brand such as Fiat. Opal/Vauxhall should be sold to the Chinese.
