  1. I do see Ford leaving Europe and GM leaving South America too, rather than letting the Chinese sell their thing here, is just dumb protectionism and this will be brutal for the US. BMW and Mercedes if they have Chinese tech, and they will, will leave the US market.

Seeing Stellantis leaving China, seeing the Koreans leaving China, and probably Ford and GM leave China, GM left Europe, Opel Vauxhall was GM Europe, Ford left Brazil and seeing them leaving South America, GM left South Africa, I just see Americans automaker selling for Americans, maybe the Japanese and Korean can keep selling their cars in America. Volvo and VW I see leaving the American market. Is just this protectionist policy so dumb. I just sell poorly made vehicles and probably in the future, the Chinese, Japanese, and Europeans will laugh at American cars.
