But yes what caused the Collapse of the Soviet Union is too much Muslims in Central Asia. Even with Ukraine and Belarus USSR would be majority Muslim and they had a problem in the Baltics. GDP per capta PPP is about 44 thousand. That richer then Chile and Uruguay. And Chilean don't need a visa do come are mainly, Guatemalan, Hondurans, and Salvadoreans, the latter with the fall of birth rate there it will not be a problem is only El Salvador.
