Racially- based financial sabotage is a serious accusation and one that should come with extreme and massive penalties for all financial institutions engaging in the practice. As for black-owned banks, I would be interested in seeing a study of how black-owned banks are assisting black entrepreneurs and black home buyers secure business loans and mortgages. The question should be 'does black-owned mean black CONTROLLED?'
