@slof69 San Francisco is not the norm. If you're working 3 jobs and still homeless, that's typically a sign poor choices are involved. I worked my way out of a homeless shelter. It was difficult but I did it because I was blessed with the tools to get it done (faith, intelligence and work ethic). I worked in HR for years and I bet I could sit down with the 3 job homeless folks and pinpoint the real issue then develop a strategic plan to get them out of their hole. The problem is San Fran is populated by rebellious idiots, many of whom probably won't listen to reason. Rebels tend to end up in these situations due to their own poor choices then want to cry about it. Ain't nobody got time for that.

@slof69 This is a flat out lie, though. My 9 to 5 paid my rent (2 BR HOUSE), utilities and expenses. I'm too sick to work anymore but I was making bank and had full benefits. Where on earth are y'all getting this narrative that all 9 to 5 jobs are minimum wage? Just out here lying.

@MrGriff305 You're wasting your breath. It's already been decided. They want everyone in the gig economy so your pay will be unstable. They hate stability and can't understand why there are so many people who prefer a well paying, stable 9 to 5 with benefits. They prefer chaos.
