I think, that postponing the Ukrainian presidential elections isn't such a big deal - ALL elections cost lots of cash - and I can imagine the money's currently better spent on helping to evacuate citizens from the flooded areas and preparing other, new living spaces for them. & That's just one of the reasons I came up with from the top of my head, why and how Ukrainian financials are likely much better spent atm; not to mention the costly war efforts need to be paid as well.

  2. These are fantastic news, thank you! Guess the Russians should order huge amounts of the "LEGO Kerch bridge repair kit" asap, which became increasingly famous from the "Kerch bridge on fire" song ... not that it'd really help them in any way, but it's much fun to think about it. Also great job of the pilots in Kaliningrad/Königsberg, they've successfully completed their tasks to demilitarize and de-nąžįfy Russia and can truly be proud of themselves!
