I don't live in 🇺🇦, however the worst part for me is this total feeling of helplessness - the US has left us Europeans and Europe's leaders don't take real action out of fear of "escalation" - I wish I could put a more positive spin on this situation ... we Europeans didn't vote for agent orange, but we're and will be affected by his bs for 3 and a half years to come and this in itself makes me feel ...! The way the brave Ukrainian citizens are attacked daily by ruzzia is horrific, it's hard not to cry watching this. Thank you so very much for all your brilliant reports from Kherson, Caolan and please stay safe!💛💙

  2. ​ @Kyr93 ​ In case you've missed it, Ukraine seperated from Russia ~30+ years ago when your soviet union had collapsed ... afterwards you've struggled with tons of your own troubles throughout the 1990ies due to said collapse and basically had no saying in this. Just like Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and all your former iron curtain "eastern block" countries willingly left you on their own accord - they were fed up with you, totally tired to fight for YOUR empire and they simply divorced from you, it's your own fault all along, probably you should've treated them a lot better and nicer - not like servants living in YOUR COLONIES. Did you ever treat them as equals and ask them, IF they even WANTED to fight and die for you in countries like Afghanistan ... no of course not. You've forced them. & Now your country/government/tsar behaves like that jealous violent ex-husband, who after ~30+ years still can't exist on his own without his ex-wife bc he's never learned, how to cook and lead his own household properly ... in fact even the tone of your own comment sounds berating and belittling, like (not so great) parents disciplining their unruly kids, or a ruler talking down to his servants. & You wonder, why the overwhelming majority of them doesn't want to return to you ... I wonder why.

  3. ​This makes no sense  @marioshadjikyriacou3381 , if their parents would've been so keen to be, what you call "ethnic ruzzians", why would they live in Ukraine? Oh well never mind, I forgot the living conditions for average to poor ruzzian citizens in rural ruzzia are mostly awful - outhouses, no running water, extremely cold winters and comparably high prices for nessessities - it all makes much more sense now. Hopefully you're aware, the ruzzians always displaced people, including their own ... but regardless you can't just kill the parents and steal their kids, even if they call themselves "ethnic ruzzians" bc this is inhumane, not to mention illegal for this exact reason.
