TYSVM Jake for always treating our Ukrainian defenders/people with the utmost respect!
Seeing amputees always hits me the hardest, bc I'm an amputee myself and know they'll never feel "complete" again, no matter how advanced their prosthetics are and it doesn't get any better with ageing.
Just imagine, how challenging a nightly bathroom break is without your leg - while everybody else can simply go there while half asleep, barely turning any lights on, with the goal of falling asleep again afterwards asap, that's entirely impossible for us bc we've to be super-careful and fully awake or we fall/injure ourselves and that's just one example of many - I can't even fathom the hatred I'd feel, if this'd not have been an accident but the result of a russian attack - when I was younger I had a much more positive outlook on this topic tbh.
Thank you also for your support for and your interview with Andrew/Mercado Media today, although I had a few internet troubles on my end, I truly enjoyed it ... Slava Ukraine, Heroyam Slava!

Omg, that's telepathy!
I just thought about the elderly babushka a few minutes ago, giving the Russian soldier sunflower seeds so that he'd become prefect fertilizer asap and how this kinda changed the meaning of sunflowers in Ukraine.
Bc Operator Starsky told in one of his livestreams, that sunflowers were associated with a huge tragedy connected to lots of Ukrainians getting killed in a certain sunflower field by pro-Russians - I believe during the 8 years of civil war but I'm not sure, I'll re-watch it, bc I remember spontaneously commenting that I fully regret using that emoji repeatedly - but from that day on, sunflowers mainly mean tragedy for Russian/pro-Russian occupiers only, but also became a sign of hope for Ukraine.
Anyways, I didn't know that this had happened in Kherson, so thank you so very much for your very insightful, moving and helpful comment; I highly appreciate you sharing this with us!

You're such a genuine gem, Jake, I really appreciate you sooo much, thank you!
Although I'm not into economics, I come to you for psychological comfort, bc you're so optimistic and I'm indefinitely grateful, Operator Starsky sent me here and I'm thankful, that I gave you a shot.
I'm not in a good spot in life (terminally ill) and I live very close to Ukraine in Europe ... after 4+ months of wąŕ I already (nearly) feel like "living in trenches" myself and I'm in a weird state of shock ever since this started on the 24th of February; this wąŕ is truly taking a huge toll on me mentally...
But I binged your earlier videos whenever I felt down and it helped me tremendously ... you've really inspired me to reach out to English/German speaking Russians and it's the most important most rewarding thing to do atm!
For the first time in decades I feel, I'm exactly where I should be atm, having time 24/7 to text with Russians - I'm NOT trying to convince them of anything (bc that's entirely pointless), I'm only asking them certain questions which is quite powerful in a country like Russia that's giving their citizens ALL the answers - and if I can only make 1 Russian think independently again, it's all worth it for me, bc I'm doing my very best.
I'm so grateful, you're the way you are, you've NO idea, how much you're helping people!
PS.
I wish YouTube censørship wouldn't exist, it's making my conversations with Russians a lot harder, bc their replies often get dęlęted and I've to type them again for better context in our on-going conversations ... they're often so pąrąnoid that they'd think, I've been reporting them and got them dęlęted (how, with my ~1000 non-existing fake accounts?); it's really a mess and the biggest hindrance atm.

@Steffan Hoffmann
What "main page" are you even talking about, your own YouTube channel, or your own personal blog?
You're leaving us clueless here and literally NOBODY understands, what you even mean!
Or do you mean, you wrote a main comment amongst ~900 other comments/replies here and you are urging us to search for your comment now?
If so, please go back to your main comment, make a copy of it and put it into this thread, please.
(Tip:
From your own YouTube account, your comment should be visible directly below Jake's pinned comment or as third one max ... but it's not that easy to find for us others on that place, as it's for you).
& If you can't provide a copy, please stop trolling us here!
Did you report all the other people, who've been asking you these exact same questions?
Bc I've seen and read them all, why are they all gone now?

A little helpful tip from me 💕for you💕:
From your own YouTube account's perspective, your own main comment should be visible directly below Jake's pinned comment (or as the third one at max) ... but it's by no means that easily to find your comment for us others on that same place, as it is only for you ... we just can see our own main comments on that place, bc that's how YouTube nicely arranges comments in a logical way.
& If you can't provide a copy, please stop trolling us here!
Did you report all the other people, who've been asking you these exact same questions?
Bc I've seen and read them all, why are they all gone now?
Didn't work that well, bc I see they're all back now!
PS.
So you reported me as well?
For asking the exact same questions rightfully, instead of putting your energy into making a copy of your so called "main page"?
Are you freaking kidding me rn?

Although I truly feel extremely bad for all the African and middle Eastern countries waiting for all their very urgently needed grain shippings (and this hugely is an understatement, due to my lack of words in my not native English language), I'm also very very much relieved for Ukraine!
I've never trusted Russia's real intentions in this agreement - starting with this strange "good will sign", Putin claimed to show when "leaving Snake Island for good", (despite getting heavily defeated there by Ukraine), very tragically this agreement always felt like a huge trap for Ukraine to me - imo, all Russia ever wanted, was having all the mines removed from Ukrainian ports and waters in the Black Sea and this NEVER felt safe/like a great idea in midst of this war to me at all!
I'm also feeling so extremely bad for Turkey, their economy would've needed a bit of additional income urgently, too!
However, I didn't expect Russia to mess up this agreement that quickly ... they've something planned and don't want to wait any longer, otherwise they would've chosen a more face saving way to get out of this grain deal with Ukraine ... slowly but surely Ukraine will get their grain out though!
& I wonder, how all the other BRICS member countries will react to this, their whole image is built on "solving the world's most urgent problems", (like e.g. famines, climate change, energy crises, etc) and their member South Africa is likely also waiting for their grain shippings ... so what will happen now?
Can't complain, this war and economic conflict/international crisis has me on the edge of my seat every single day since the 24th of February!^^

& I heard, that ALL vehicles got retrieved - which means Ukraine advanced far enough for being able to recover them relatively safely - the majority of the vehicles gets repaired atm; and/or saved and used as spare parts later on, if repair turns out to be impossible due to the levels of damages ... now we've to ADD THE SAVED SOLDIERS LIVES and the replacement vehicles to the scenario and overall, it's actually a complete win-win situation for UKRAINE!
I don't even know, why some of us* = our so called "pro-Ukrainian supporters", are even talking about damaged vehicles and have the nerve to judge about how Ukraine fights this war from the safety of our homes?!^^
Lots, if not most of them were civilians til the full scale invasion ... I'd not wanna see us in this situation, we'd make mistakes as well, but so far the Ukrainians exceeded all expectations massively.
* SORRY, I don't mean anybody in this thread personally - this is just so infuriating that I'm fuming - bc we were warned, that Russian propaganda would fill the Ukrainian opsec information vacuum with lots their own disinformation and it seems, some fell for it hard. 🕳🐇

@coloerakker2
Tbh that's not too hard to explain, bc my dad lives here in Austria ever since, so he isn't as connected to Hungarian politics as he'd be, if he lived and voted there.
He hears those "Orbán typical politician speeches" only occasionally and what other still local Hungarians are telling him and of course that's not the same full unfiltered impression, he'd have if he'd still live there himself.
He said, initially Orbán was "well hidden", like e.g. he didn't give in, when certain countries leaders (like Putin and Lukashenka) tried to weaponize refugees, first they had lured them there mostly into Belarus, then wanted to send them through Hungarian territory, which also spared Austria lots of bureaucracy, like costs of registering them, housing them, feeding them, just to have to send them back bc those are capacities only planted for real emergencies (like what happened to Ukrainians).
It's also worth mentioning, that especially Lukashenka made tons of money with human trafficking, knowing full well that our western countries simply couldn't afford to take half of Africa in ... so Austria, Hungary, plus numerous other European countries like Germany were left with paying the bills and "picking up the pieces" after their arrivals through hidden channels anyways.
When the Russian invasion started though, nobody had expected that Orbán would make Europe and generally NATO such a huge amount of troubles ... & due to Orbán's previous behaviour everybody was shocked, he suddenly turned into Putin's supporter; nobody had expected that and most Hungarians my dad knows all highly doubt he'll get elected again.
My dad's very unhappy with Orbán, but he's an Austrian citizen voting here and can only do his best talking to his relatives and explaining the situation to them, bc he's afraid Orbán's using Russian propaganda tactics now and maybe he also did that in an unnoticed manner in the past.

I agree with you, reaching out to Russians is crucial and I did it a lot and still do it.
However I'll have to change to Telegram or something, bc YouTube's k3yword filters and AI censørship have become insufferable and most Russians aren't able to think outside the box to use decøding as a strategy to get their own comments not dęlęted all the time; although first thing I usually do is sending them a short tutorial to cheąt this freaking system, which reads as follows...
(copy)
Little tips:
1) ALWAYS make a copy of your own comments before you hit "send", bc you can NEVER know if/why YouTube gets you dęlęted.
2) ALWAYS decøde all the k3ywords (like naz¡, Ch¡na, ÇÇP/Russian, trølls, h4te, r4pe, etc) and there're likely many more I don't know about, making tip 1), ALWAYS make a copy of your own comment, even more necessary.
3) The letters a e i o u (and others) have multiple varieties, example given ą ę į ø ų.
ALWAYS use them please!
(I don't have time to type all your replies to bring them back).
4) ALWAYS double check, if your own comment also shows up in the thread where it belongs.
(copy end)
Witnessing multiple of their replies getting dęlęted every day is devastating, it slows me down significantly (bc they believe I did this), so I've to type their comments, decøde them heavily and bring them back, to prove they're wrong and I feel totally defeated on YouTube atm ... so although some of them seem fascinated by communicating with their "ęnemįes", it's become very exhausting here.
& Btw I make no statements, I only ask them questions, let them explain their point of view (bc this works best) and then ask follow up questions like:
"Do you really think, NATØ/US would struggle so hard to give Ukraine weąpons, if they've brought enough of them into the country in the past 8 (to 14) years?" and so on...

@aiyadwolf
Thank you so much, I'll do that!
Fully understand, by pressing this person's profile picture, I'll come to their channel and there I'll get the person's URL under "channel details/information", right?
Maybe these are not the exact terms in English, bc I see these words all in my own native language, but I completely get it.
This method you describe seems to be an "enhanced way of reporting" I haven't done before and wasn't aware of its existence yet.
Guess it should be enough to say, person's impersonating the verified YouTuber Jake Broe, (and if necessary, I can give them Jake's original URL as well by using the same method for them to compare).
Normally I'm absolutely NOT into that reporting stuff.
However, I've texted with a scammed victim ~3 days ago, who told me, that he replied to one of these fake accounts and thought it's Jake, who "asked a lot" about his life goals/opinions about his YouTube/etc and after ~30 minutes suggested investing together with him and that's how he lost cash (I didn't dare to ask how much), so now of course I'm very worried, when I see these fake accounts popping up everywhere!
I'll do this asap after eating.
Thank you a lot for this great tip!

@aiyadwolf
I'd say, you were 100% successful here, as before I attempted to start now, I already couldn't see "him" around anymore.
Still should've "person" in my notifications though and in my YouTube e-mails.
Also have a bunch of other ones, I will report the way you've described to me from now on, bc the usual "spam reporting" is totally pointless and would need mass reporting ... the fake account only vanishes temporarily and is back next time I visit the same thread again.
By "spam reporting" I only shądøw bąnnęd the account for myself, it's ridiculous, I'm basically only kidding myself!
In times like these, we need to look after each other, I even suspect (especially partially Russian) trølls and other scammers doing this to inexperienced, un-expecting individuals on a pro-Ukrainian channel.
💕Thank you so much for explaining this to me and helping me to avoid others getting scammed out of their savings!💕 👍👍👍
PS.
I first made an URL-copy of the verified YouTuber as you've described above, it's needed.
Then I wrote "fake account is impersonating" said known YouTuber, gave their URL-copy and added impersonator is "suspected of intent to scam" (all was very easy to do and in my own language).

That "Minecraft House" is truly impressively amazing!
HOPEFULLY more Ukrainians are getting inspired by this prototype and are going to build such simple, affordable houses from trash, not only does it look great, that stuff is basically for free ... and THESE HOUSES COULD BE DONATED to refugees from the eastern region!
There'd be need for entire villages of them!
It bothers me sooo much to know, lots of not pro-Russian retired and disabled people from the Donesk and Luhansk/rest of Donbas area didn't flee, bc they didn't know where to go due to this unexpected blitz-attack - but EVERYTHING'S BETTER than starving, having no running water, nor electricity and being forced to get a Russian passport, bc without one all the old and/or vulnerable people there don't receive any pension fund payments, without they're screwed - they're blackmailed into eighter starving or becoming Russians officially, it's truly brutal and I don't envy the civilians there at all!!!
Ukraine of course isn't amused about that, making it an illegal offence to get a Russian passport ... however I hope they'll show some mercy on these people, but it's understandable both sides are reacting in the way they do; (meaning civilians reluctantly applying for these passports to get food and Ukraine not wanting the Russians to "grow roots" there).
In this context it'd be a huge help, if there were entire villages built from these boxes ... refugees could move there without worries where to go.
& Without civilian "shields" around them, all the Russian occupiers would be a lot more exposed and vulnerable, bc Ukraine could shell them WAY more effectively without having to pay attention to and take care of locals; this'd be a win/win scenario for Ukraine!
PS.
Thank you Jake for always being positive and inspiring me and your other viewers!

This prosthetic leg, the man to the left is wearing, is one of the most realistically looking and perfectly matched prosthetics I've seen so far - I had to have my right leg amputated below my knee after an accident ~3 decades ago and I can tell you, the greatest issue back then was, that the propositions of prosthetic legs unfortunately didn't even look remotely similar to the remaining healthy leg - of course the prosthetics back then also did their job, but for a woman this usually meant a radical change of all her outfits, choice of clothing style and shoes, bc with a prosthetic leg one's only able to wear flat shoes for the rest of life.
Putting myself into these brave men's "shoes" - which is nearly impossible to do and almost sounds like an insult to them, although be assured I don't mean it like this, but in a positive way as a huge compliment to them bc I can't compare myself to them as I'm by far not sooo courageous - I can't even begin to imagine, how sad and mad I'd be, knowing an enemy did this to me on purpose ... and those, who've paid attention to this invasion know, there're specific mines produced to only injure people, so that they'd lose (a) limb(s) and to me that's maddening, to say the least.
I wish ALL of Ukraine's brave fighters an incredibly speedy recovery!

My best guess regarding financials and China is, that Russia/Putin didn't understand Xi's sarcasm, when he talked about their "limitless friendship without borders".
The way I understand this, is, that soon there'll be no more borders to Russia, bc China's in big troubles as well, their worst problem being, that they're running out of drinking water sooner rather than later and this is a problem, that China thankfully can't solve with invading Taiwan, bc...
1*) there's not enough water for China in Taiwan and
2*) even if there were water in Taiwan, it'd be incredibly hard, and logistically very expensive, to bring it to China long-term.
So China's major problem is much more effectively to manage & solve, if they're just slowly taking over Russia without firing a single shot or invading, but by using their "good old dept trap method", they've already successfully perfected during their belt and road initiatives in several different other countries.
I'm only worried, what China might be willing to offer Putin for "his" Russian land - however I think, it's most likely not supply of weaponry nor cash, but the offer of building certain energy related infrastructure mega-projects, like e.g. water, gas and oil pipelines into China, with the help of "investing" their own cheap work forces as usual, bc normally making business with Putin can't be trusted, but in this specific case it's China's large military power and nukes keeping Putin's greed at bay (I bet) - China's also not in great financial shape, although compared to Putin they're "doing well" and this allows China to risk such projects, watch Russia default on their depts and then Manchuria becomes Chinese again and so on.
...Tbh the only thing, that makes me nervous, is China's & Russia's shared denial about supporting each other, bc this reminds me too much of Russia's denial about planning to invade Ukraine prior to their full scale invasion of Ukraine.
& Generally those 2 countries are also ideologically closer to each other than to anybody else except maybe North Korea, but I'm trying to stay logical and positive and Jake's helping me mentally by keeping me sane in these frightening times.

& There's a very easy way to minimize pro-Russian influencers power on YouTube's algorithm, without interacting with one of their channels, likes/dislikes, or their comment sections at all and correct me if I'm wrong, please:
Next to each video, there're these 3 dots for menu, one of them saying something along the lines of "don't recommend to me again" ... I'm sure y'all get my drift?
Admittedly I didn't do it (yet), bc I wanna be prepared for the next troll talking points, reading their video titles and thumbnails is enough to get their main narrative - bc I just can't be bothered to make it through their videos - that's time I'll never get back!
However I also don't see the point in trying to convince pro-Russian trolls anymore, most are eighter just
1*) exploiting free speech in the West
2*) thriving of the disgusted reactions of other commenters, who don't understand, how and why someone's able to be a Putin/Russia apologist and supporter
3*) a weird mix of the points above and motives like e.g. wanting to stand out of the crowd by having an unpopular opinion ... and there might be other reasons I haven't figured out yet.

@mynameisnobody3931
I've heard the exact same number recently and was surprised myself about it, might've been on the "Professor Gerdes explains" channel, who analyses RT (= Russian state tv), their reports and their propaganda strategies besides other topics ... don't let others tell you, that you're crazy please, bc you're definitely NOT!
If I remember this report correctly atm, it was the Russian woman named Maria Lvova-Belova, that has the same ICC (=International Criminal Court) arrest warrant with charges for kidnapping Ukrainian children as Putin and she bragged about that number on Russian state tv.
Edit:
Yup I double checked on Google, Lvova-Belova herself talked about "taking in" ~5 millions Ukrainians into Russia, amongst them are "more than 700k children" ... so that's no imagination or invention of our alleged crazy minds, if they openly and officially brag about this themselves.

Hi Jake, hopefully you didn't change your Q&A format cause of a few fools complaining about superchats and stuff!
I still clearly remember, you've been replying to sooo many questions from your regular average viewers (who were no channel members nor super-chatters) and the handful of folks complaining about it were totally wrong ... tbh you should just ignore them and move on.
If you need the money and/or want to donate parts of this additional income to Ukraine, just do it!
Also I wanna let you know, there might be a little problem with the YouTube notifications connected to your community posts - I discussed notifications with many people, turned out those using iPhones get notified of community posts, those on android phones don't and so they've to specifically look for your community posts - not sure how accurate this is as an overall conclusion, but speaking from my personal experience as an android user, (& despite having my notification bell set to "all"), I generally never get notified about and see your community posts without having to look for them, which minimizes your community posts visibility drastically imo.
Wish you the best and Slava Ukraine!

I'm so very happy, that Operator Starsky's been recommending your channel to me and we've both kinda "met each other a bit online" this way!
Somehow you made me a lot more positive thinking individual again, to the point of me having a lot more hope again all together and I thank you endlessly for this unexpected priceless gift ... I'm doing so much better now!
I often re-watch your videos just for my own psychological comfort and it's absolutely NO problem if you're asking us to re-watch a video and/or comment again, if YouTube's bothering you, as this is what I do anyways as some form of self-help and self-therapy.
Both of my parents already noticed, that I'm glowing, radiating positivity and laughing again, not in a forced way but naturally and they're sooo happy as well!
Basically you've already made 3 people super-happy, without even knowing them or me personally.
To explain a bit what had happened:
I've been in, what many others here in Europe also have described as "some weird state of shock since the 24th of February" and I just couldn't snap out of it again on my own.
I'm certainly not the only one experiencing the beginning of the war this way, interestingly many/most people from various European countries I had contact with in the past ~160+ days, have described this shock-state in a very similar way ... so this seems to be a collective phenomenon.
I even have gone through some strange memory loss for ~1 week to 10 days after that infamously devastating date - the only thing I "kind of remember" is, that I've discovered a bunch of unopened unanswered emails from this time period after the 24thof February and I just can't remember anymore, what happened during this time, it felt/still feels like a fog when I'm trying to remember what I did around the time war had started, there's just a dark hole of nothingness.
I've never experienced anything like that before ... however I'm 100% sure, I didn't just go on an alcohol and/or substance binge, (at least not during this time period in question, lol), making this whole not substance-related memory loss even more weird to me.
Still trying to make it make sense to me tbh.

Omg, thank you so very much for replying, that's sooo sweet, that you can relate to this and don't judge me!
As initially I was extremely hesitant to even mention here, how much I had especially hated going to the kindergarten - guess I was a very difficult child, bc I bothered my family so long and so much on a daily basis, til my grandma decided to take me home with her after lunch time, so that I only had to stay there for half a day - and I was super-happy about that change.
Later in school I already got severely depressed as soon as August came around, bc I knew it's only a months til school starts again in September and my mom brushed it off with "you're missing your school friends" which wasn't true at all ... of course I'd not have wanted, that my kindergarten or school got bombed to the ground, but if it would've mysteriously disappeared over night, I'd have been sooo happy about it!
But of course all of this isn't about me, I only got the weirdest flashbacks watching this clip bc it shows, how much pain the girl is experiencing about her destroyed kindergarten* and it's devastating to see ... as I'm sure that's been and still is happening countless times in Ukraine for more than 1 and a half years now.
* I believe this destroyed building was her kindergarten, if I'm not mistaken ... doesn't really matter though bc I didn't like both.
Edit:
This clip was indeed a huge revelation for me, bc I started reflecting about the question, if I was too privileged and spoiled.
Then again, I was only a 2 year old, when I had to go to the kindergarten - nowadays putting half babies into daycare seems to be more common, back then it wasn't though, the kindergarten wasn't equipped nor meant for such young kids and I was the youngest there.
& I was anxious of all the nuns there, who were relatively strict and some were straight up abusive.

Oh well ... I don't even know, where to start with my reply to this depressing outlook of an orange victory.
Personally I'm really do NOT feel threatened by refugees at all, bc I genuinely believe they'll be the least of our worries here in Europe, in case the orange succeeded - on a more serious note, most EU countries have an unhealthy population-pyramid shape anyways, therefore we'll need skilled workers at any given time, as imo our main troubles will mainly evolve around all those unavoidable challenges connected to somehow keep our own EU-countries together and our right wing parties politicians at bay/under control, so that all our (compared to the US) small EU countries don't fall for said right wingers isolationism as well; imo EU and maybe even NATO falling apart = THE most realistic, greatest danger we're facing with an orange's win, bc this'd make ALL our then "former EU/former NATO" countries extremely weak, vulnerable and russia will attack one after the other with ease ... that's why we've so many active peaceniks in anti-NATO/anti-EU movements, who're sponsored by russia for repeatedly spreading their bs and occasionally organizing protests in our western countries.
Tragically we've completely failed to notice early on, how easily russian propaganda has undermined not only our western-democratic politics, but also our press, social media networks, countless NGOs and all kinda other western organisations with their narratives - we failed miserably and it literally took the russian full scale invasion of Ukraine for us to realize, how influential they've become in the meantime and to me it seems, we (aka average people on the streets) even now don't fully comprehend nor realize the full extend of russian influence on our daily lives (in form of all kinda media we consume as "entertainment" to relax); and frankly lots of our western media moguls are eighter bought and/or still in deep denial.
Guess all the westerners, who don't have ancestors like my dad, who had fled from another russian invasion to the West just don't feel that deep personal disgust with the russian aggression against Ukraine, so they wo @franksims6452

Guess most westerners, who don't have any ancestors - like my dad, who had fled from another russian invasion to the West and whose stories still are and always were part of family history - most of us, who lack this very personal connection just don't feel that deep routed disgust with the russian aggression against Ukraine and so they wonder "why should we care, it's not our business?" ... but if they'd listen to the russians on their state tv, they'd quickly figure out that putin's russia isn't planning to stop in Ukraine, bc the russians themselves openly discuss plans to conquer Poland, Uzbekistan, the Baltic, etc, next and if we let them, at some point they'll be on our doorsteps sooner or later as well, only depending on how close/far we live from russia.
& I'm deeply worried, this despicable grapefruit could sacrifice Ukraine together with us Europeans, then turn around and try to become buddy-buddy with Brics countries like e.g. China, India, Iran, North Korea, South Africa, russia, etc ... simply bc there're not too many other potential ally countries worth mentioning left on this planet.
On the other hand, I admittedly also have another totally crazy idea, what the orange might actually be planning, but I'm not sure if this isn't just wishful thinking on my part - my reply here's already long enough though, so I don't wanna bore you too much with my alternative wild and controversial theory, but if you wanna hear it, just let me know, please - generally I just have too many personal trust issues, so I don't know how realistic my alternative idea really is in our world's current chaotic situation, bc even if I were right, I'm struggling hard to trust that rump-orange on that one.
Not to mention, how many "wars of distraction" putin's capable andlppppppppppppppfff willing to fuel, finance and start along the way to his goal.

Just start with completely short and simple, I guess you'd like to keep your username if possible.
It's numbers, letters (small & caps) and certain punctuation (_underscore, -, coma and dot).
Put numbers first if you need one like e.g. 1Lisa, 01Lisa, 1.Lisa, 1stLisa, 1-Lisa, 1_Lisa, etc ... probably one of them already works.

Oh WOW ... that's 100% my bad then, I'm so very SORRY Jake!
I'm fully aware, links are most times absolutely NOT allowed on war related channels at all.
& So I had "cleverly" intended, to send the link separately and the video's title separately anyways - just in case some of your viewers wanted to watch it as well - and admittedly I had carelessly put everything together into 1 extra-long very "smart" comment-copy, but unfortunately I'm super-tired and can't rule out, that I might've accidentally hit "send" and sent it all together all at once, instead of splitting it into several shorter comment pieces as initially intended.
Hopefully at least I didn't send it multiple times in a row (OMG!), bc I'm literally more asleep than awake.
Anyways ... you've received it and it's all that matters to me atm, now I can finally fall asleep a bit less worried, thank you sooo very much for replying, Jake!*
& Slava Ukraine and also all to all our international volunteers!

(Part 2)
& Actually I fully agree with you, of course he has "flight plans a, b, c and then some", he's amongst the ~15 richest Russian people, we saw him flying with a helicopter into a Russian prison and btw I think, he'd still recruit prisoners to this day - if he wouldn't have made that "prison recruitment video" public as some kinda "advertisement video", to officially inform people to join his infamous Wagner group, bc imo this video told pretty much every Russian who didn't wanna know about such crap, that there's NO more law in Russia and that Putin's eighter weak or by far more corrupt than they would've expected - so that official recruitment video was something, Putin couldn't tolerate anymore back then, bc only the "Russian President" can grant amnesty to convicted inmates ... so Konstantin got that one totally wrong as well, Prigozhin hugely insulted Putin highly directly, when publishing this video on Telegram* and not ~8 months later on a day in May I don't even remember atm.
* Just googled ... the video allegedly "got leaked" by the team of Navalny and the 1st article about it was published by "Radio Free Europe Radio Liberty/rferl" on the 14th of September last year.

@devinnie7572
Recently I heard someone explain, that the term "casualties" is referring to "dead AND wounded", the point where this becomes
very hard to deal with, is, "when the term casualties is combined with numbers".
& This dilemma got explained as follows:
When 1 soldier gets wounded and needs to be brought to the rear to get treated by a doctor, he counts as "1 casualty", but after a while he recovers and then can return to the frontlines to fight again, THAT'S where it gets fuzzy with all these "casualty numbers".
Bc let's say this same 1 soldier gets wounded again after months, needs medical treatment again, how many casualties are we having at this point?
& So on and on...
& Now we also have to keep in mind, that minor injuries happen on the frontlines all the time, meaning 1 soldier can be counted as "multiple casualties"; that'd lead to extreme confusion with those "casualty numbers" and that's, why they went from counting casualties to counting only the dead in this list ... while injuries are counted separately.
Not sure where I heard about that, but maybe I can find it in my YouTube history and I'll return to post video title/YouTuber in 1 comment, but separately from the link-comment, bc links sometimes get deleted automatically by YouTube ... hope this helps a bit in the meantime!
PS.
& Btw, you came to the same conclusion as I did on another thread, that this "200k dead number" would theoretically mean, that Russia has lost at the very least ~400k soldiers so far and I counted it like that:
1 dead = 2 to 3 wounded usually 1 of them severely and dies later in a field hospital, meaning:
1 dead = 2 dead, but we don't see it, as it didn't happen on the frontlines.
Not sure, if it's more up to 600k though, but it's certainly not entirely impossible!
Slava Ukraine heroyam Slava!

@gabrielaispas5142
I 100% agree!
Although I've a feeling, younger people who haven't experienced life behind the iron curtain themselves, or heard about it from their relatives, are having NO IDEA, how dangerous Russia truly is and how bad life in ostblock countries really was back then.
My (ex)-Hungarian dad had fled 1956 from another Russian invasion to Austria, stayed and married my mom ... our family's supporting Ukraine as much as possible bc we just know it's the right thing to do.
Before my dad (+ brother) left Hungary, a Russian higher up and his soldiers had occupied and lived in my dad's family's house for several months, bc it's one of the nicer, more central ones in their town, while all our family's females were hiding in the basement directly below them doing their best not to make noises, get discovered and r4ped by them.
My dad (his brother and his dad = my grandpa) were forced to serve the Russians during this time, which then lead to my dad and bro sabotaging/rioting repeatedly during the nights after the Russians had moved on looting and living in another house, the Russians found out about it somehow and criminal charges were filed against them, that's why they had the choice to flee or face long-term gulag/execution.
In my opinion, everybody saying that Ukraine should give up and allow Russians to occupy the country is totally clueless what that really means for all their civilians!
(Just found the channel, hence I'm late).

There's been a time I estimate ~2 to 5 years ago, when I saw lots of ads on YouTube offering payment to people for writing comments below videos* ... wish I would've stored their information somewhere as links, or at least memorized some of their businesses names to investigate them and their shady strategies further now, bc that's generally a very suspicious business model imho.
Even back then and that's mostly been happening during the years between the start of the full scale Russian invasion of Ukraine and after the annexation of Crimea - I knew that's NOT a good offer in a moral sense, bc very likely you MUST write, what others want to hear/read from you and NOT what you truly think, which is the reason why you're getting paid to do so - & I bet chances are high, that's NOT your own opinion your allowed to spread on YouTube and get paid for it, but the exact opposite: you've to write WHAT THEY WANT for getting cash from them.
Wish I'd tried it back then, to at least be able to tell you more about those ads ... bc I strongly believe/SUSPECT that's also, how the Kremlin recruited parts of his English/German/other languages speaking troll armies, who're now arguing around with pro-Ukrainian/Ukrainian YouTube commenters, sometimes they're even more or less openly verbally attacking and abusing them.
I'm actually really baffled, that in the western world of free journalism, where everybody's now wondering about the extensive magnitudes of the information warfare between Russia and the West, the existence of troll farms, bots, etc; it seems to me that nobody ever bothered to investigate those suspicious ads, although for professionals they can't be that hard to find imo.
* Those ads were worded along the lines of:
"You're spending hours every day watching YouTube videos and commenting without getting paid for it yet? -> Come and sign up to business xy, what are you waiting for?!"

Jake, you're talking about "IS-IS-K"!
A SPLINTER GROUP of is-is and the k stands for "Khorasan", which is an area in northeastern Iran, southern Turkmenistan and northern Afghanistan ... PLEASE look into this yourself, bc I didn't have the time for it yet.
I hate to be "that person" correcting you here, but the fact that this is a SPLINTER GROUP seems to get lost on Twixxer for the most part - but it might matter, maybe even a lot - I'm anxious, that app might lead you down the wrong path on purpose one day.
Initially I struggled a lot understanding, how's this even is-is, how's this even possible, they're infamous for their SELF-DESTRUCTIVE attacks after all ... mainly bc they don't wanna get caught and tortured.
Same car, somewhat unprofessional, allegedly paid 500k Rubles iirc ... nothing made sense to me, tbh.
& Then it clicked, at least for me, it's an is-is splinter group, those are mostly very young and inexperienced guys ... all of a sudden this makes a lot more sense ... and of course Ukraine's innocent.

Ukraine offers every surrendering soldier
*) money for surrendering peacefully.
*) Extra money for all kinda still operational węapøns, gųns, nightvision devices, tank, helicopter, (etc), the Russian soldier's able to "borrow" from Putin's army.
*) A new identity in a country of their choice.
To my (admittedly very limited) knowledge, this generous offer is spread all over Russian social media networks in their own language countless times.
Imo, that's the main reason Putin allowed to share that atrocious so called "cąstrąstiøn video" all over the internet ... he wanted to undermine his soldiers trust into Ukrainian authorities, suggesting to them they'll be tørturęd as well, in case they'll attempt to surrender; it's all deception and mind games at this point.

@SpaceMike3
The comment above you means the two YouTube channels named "Volodymyr Zolkin"* and "Zolkin Volodymyr"*, where you can watch lots of videos with English subtitles directly from Ukrainian POW camps.
Mr Zolkin and his camera man Dmitri are 2 journalists, making interviews with these Russian POW, to prove to Russia, that all these captured Russian soldiers aren't MIA (=missing in action) or KIA (killed in action), but very much still alive and well.
Bc Putin's infamously well-known for NOT keeping his promises, he's trying to not pay their relatives any compensation, if the soldier's fate/location/condition is just simply "unknown" ... basically Putin's not caring about his soldiers at all, he's scamming the POW's families out of their money, he'd initially promised to them, when they signed their Russian military cøntracts ... in case they're getting wounded and/or killed, Putin would've to eighter medically treat and pay the wounded soldiers themselves, or if they're killęd he has to compensate the soldiers relatives; as promised and clearly agreed on in their own military cøntracts.
Like e.g. when the Russian war-ship "Moskva" got destroyed by Ukraine and sank, from these ~500 men on board only ~50 got rescued - the relatives of the ~450 drowned remaining men got NOTHING, bc their bodies are allegedly all "still missing" - and the fact, that Russia claims to this day, that this occurrence had just been a "tragic accident", but their possible deaths were completely unrelated to the on-going war in Ukraine and not connected to any warfare (according to Russia), further complicated any positive outcomes for the remaining ~450 men's relatives and they got NO compensations so far, bc theoretically these sailors also could've "deserted all together" of their own volition.
* I don't remember which one, however one of the two channels is their own backup channel, just in case YouTube's being problematic (again).
Very interesting insights, but I'm having a super-hard time believing, all of these POW "never shot a single bullet", were just following their commanders orders, digging trenches and standing around at checkpoints, as those POWs normally claim, (so don't be too surprised, if you feel like in kindergarten after listening to them for a while); this just doesn't align with reality in Ukraine.
Hopefully this is helpful and explains to you, who is meant with "Zolkin videos".

Hey, please come back, @Internet Censure!
Ha, I just found @Internet Censure's dęlęted response in my e-mails and it's (as almost always) an extremely innocent and harmless reply!
What the f..., YouTube?
Person wrote (copy from my emails a bit encøded):
"my not native English language" You are too modest, judging by your English. At the same time, naive for thinking the 🌍 is waiting for 🇺🇦's grąin ęxpørts. The tøp expørters of whęat are Rųssia, the ŲSA, and Cąnądą. They could easily make up for Ukrainian ęxpørts. The question is, why they don't do so.
(copy-end)
Yeah, I know this and I'm wondering the exact same thing for quite a while now!
I'm not sure, this is just my guess and I urgently want to stress here, this is NOT intended nonsense (or me following some weird theories), but purely speçulątion.
(Otherwise YouTube will kick me off their platform really fast):
While I know, Ųkraīne's nøt the 🌍's main grąin expørter, I remember watching news that both, Chiną and Indią have had a relatively bad harvests last year and both allegedly stopped any foođ expørts for this year - admittedly, Idk if it's only bad weather related, or also due to their extremely strict cøvid measures* - also I've read multiple comments of Canadians so far, claiming their farmers got paid "nøt to fąrm" for years, but don't ask me why bc I couldn't ask ... these threads had all reached their 500 replies limit and were closed.
(* Chiną even officially told all their citizens "to stockpile food" ~8 months ago and this had me baffled and shocked quite a bit, but this was also related to their own strange "zero cøvid policy".
Chiną and Indīa both aren't grain expørt countries though, they both struggle to feed their own huge population, but nø foođ exporţs seems relatively new of to me).
Now Idk, if there's any truth to this claim about "paid nøt to fąrm", but in combination with the other 2 large countries it'd explain quite a bit imo!
Bc then only the ŲS, Rųssia and Ųkrainę would remain to export grąīn to all other countries and with 2 of this group currently being at war, only 2 remain, bc Rųssia certainly will have a harvest and the ŲS as well.
No clue, why this all looks so intentional to me, some very small grøups will get a lot more węalthý for sure though.

@aiyadwolf
👆 Account above = also me, your reporting method works like a charm ... I'll explain this to others if you don't mind - instead of requiring mass reporting as the usual "quick fix" does, this one's highly effective - one correct shot and gone.
The audiences of the YouTubers Russell Brand and Canadian Prepper are suffering from the exact same sort of impersonator/fake account scam problems, that's why I had emails to a bunch of them collected over time.
Edit:
Lol, or did you mean "@Internet Censure"?
I got you totally wrong, hahaha, later on I found their dęlęted comment in my YouTube e-mails, made a copy, encrypted it a bit, brought it back into our thread here and you've also addressed their username ... can't do more for them than adding their URL, if @Internet Censure wants to reply it'd be possible now!
1
-
@aiyadwolf
PS 2:
& Btw, I can't thank you enough for addressing @Internet Censure's dęlęted response to this thread/me in an attempt to save it!
Cause of you tagging them and curious me being unable to see/read their dęlęted text inside YouTube's notifications, yesterday I could finally figure out, how to easily make copies of dęlęted replies inside the YouTube e-mails, (to bring them back "a bit encrypted" into threads/or conversations important to me).
The amount of dęlęted replies to me and others sky rocketed since this war has started and to ~95% it's completely harmless and innocent texts, needlessly getting dęlęted by (YTube's) kęyword filters & AI censørship - it's shutting down civil conversations entirely, dividing us average humans even more apart from each other - shouldn't the internet enable and support meaningful conversations instead, by connecting us all worldwide?!
& Of course being pointlessly silenced online is psychologically very damaging, frustrating and devastating for individuals interested in having constructive conversations in general; it makes us people extremely hopeless.
So basically you've tremendously helped me twice with 2 very different problems, both being highly important to me and I owe you a lot!
💕❤💕Thank you sooo very much for your time, compassion and much needed positivity!💕❤💕

Tbh, I really don't think, China will be a problem for Russia (or for it's separated countries) in the future!
Russia should offer to and/or give them Manchuria back as a "sign of good will" for breaking their own agreements on main goals of BRICS, these goals are to solve the world's most urgent problems ... like e.g. avoiding climate change, energy problems, worldwide famines (GRAIN SUPPLY).
& Russia/it's separated countries will have peace from China asap, bc that's ALL China ever wanted from them besides energy - that's why China has teamed up together with an ousted Russia in the BRICS in the first place, however, they were never really good friends to begin with - and now China's getting Russian energy for a massive discount, that's all what they wanted and of course their Manchuria back, Russia had stolen from them in the past.
Maybe you've missed it, but China's having massive protests and no money right now; check the news about it ... and a huge applause from me to all the brave average Chinese people for protesting!
It takes a lot of courage to mass protest in China.
& On top of it, all these mass protests minimize the constant threat of China potentially trying to invade Taiwan in the near future.

& Before somebody's jumping on me now, I'm definitely NOT building my arguments only on this one doctor's statement, but also on several intercepted phone calls, interviews with more than 200 Russian POW at this point, etc ... and sadly they're all telling somewhat similar stories and tragically they all add up.
I'm willing to bet, only commanders with indispensable battle plan knowledge, generals and volunteers who're relatives of wealthy, important, politically well connected Russians get expensive "special medical attention" in such a society during times of war, bc resources are limited, the medical personnel is overwhelmed/overworked and the government's generally too greedy.

Yeah Jake, the attack on Kyiv was absolutely terrifying; they all are!
I was on Rick's livestream and amongst other great guests, he had Aziza Eskender on his stream - she's Crimean Tatar and a very gifted artist*, who just moved to Kyiv recently - we were all chatting, donating and genuinely enjoying each others company - suddenly I/we all heard a sound of a lawn mower or something similar, a moment later Aziza said "it's a Shaheed drone" and she opened her window.
I'm truly not sure WHY she did this, maybe a hit is not so impactful and less dangerous without all that glass splintering (I've no idea, really), bc she didn't look outside for more than a few seconds.
Tbh we/the viewers were so scared and worried for all of them, that we totally forgot to ask about this, bc we all said she urgently needs to go to a shelter asap and stop being on the stream, but she was so relaxed.
* Maybe you can give her a shoutout one day please, she's a multifaceted talent, she makes really good music, has a fantastic singing voice, but also makes paintings and other art pieces.

@davidford3115 👍👍👍
I'm completely in awe ... this absolutely adorable Minecraft House reminds me so much of the secluded log cabin with garden I once had before my life-changing accident rendered me unable to live there anymore.
When we got it, it had one room, so we made a much larger roof on pols, closed the former porch, turned it into a bedroom, the small adjacent shed into a small kitchen (with a door through the wall), etc and the space between the house and the pols became a larger shed; we also made all furniture from things found in the nearby trash/dump.
If I wouldn't be disabled, I'd love to go to Ukraine, as at the very least I've lots of experience with making something useful like furniture out of nothing (like trash and seemingly useless items) ... although it might've looked "primitive" compared to modern people's standards, I loved that place where every piece was full of memories of the history how we had found and changed it. 😭
I'd like to help so bad, collecting money and also supporting pro-Ukrainian channels online isn't fulfilling enough for me by any means; it's torturous for me to sit around here and having to watch horrors and miracles unfold.
On the other hand I'm so hyped and inspired by this Minecraft prototype, that I already envision villages of them, bc this is entirely possible, almost for free and very satisfying for everybody who's into such creative activities.
The Ukrainian coming up with this idea during war is totally admirable, can't even compare this to the log cabin I had in times of peace ... geez, the flood of good memories coming back when looking at this lovely Minecraft House!

@VladVexler
Lol I didn't want to mention scammers initially, however you've noticed anyways that I'm fighting them.
Jake needs to be super-careful with that T... bot account, that is 4 months old, which in itself is very unusual from my experience, bc from my view normally average bots only last for a few hours to ~1 day with the same YouTube account and username/pp.
(Some of those bots do change their usernames and/or profile pictures though and slip through the cracks somehow).
It's impossible for me to do usual URL-reporting on that T-bot for some unknown reasons - meaning the reporting for identity theft/impersonating another person/etc stuff - bc YouTube doesn't open up their reporting window for that account.
Instead I always ended up on the bot's YouTube website every single time I tried to report it and initially it wanted to send me a message, but I declined.
I'm not a very computer savvy person, so I can just hope, that "allow*" and "refuse*" were not swapped/exchanged/(made the other way around) on that YouTube website by that bot-account, so that I allowed the message in, while actually believing I rejected it.
So I was sweating a bit til I checked mails, my account, YouTube studio, everything.
Thankfully a message didn't come, but I know a hacking attempt often won't show, so I'm still on alert ... not much can happen though, I don't do any online banking with that whole system anyways.
No need to apologize, I can imagine how hard it is to fight them, somehow those bots are always adapting ahead of time.
I don't know anything about making YouTube videos and how to fight those scammers as a channel owner, sounds like there're not enough options to do it.
Maybe a bot belonging to you could help?
* I'm terrible explaining that stuff in English, very sorry, everything's called differently in German.
PS.
I've made a copy of that bot's URL though, just in case it's needed and bc it's impossible to report it.
Could be the same problems when Jake's trying to get rid of it.

I might be totally wrong about this, Jake, bc I'm certainly the opposite of an expert on this whole topic, however I heard more than once, that many European countries had outsourced their weapon productions to the US in the past decades ... and at least Germany - and there might also be other European countries with the same or similar limitations, I'm not aware of - was allegedly not allowed to own or produce larger amounts of weaponry due to starting WW2 together with rų.
& That's why we don't have the luxury of having many weapon and ammo factories here in Europe anymore and relied so heavily on the US to send them to Ukraine on our behalf - I don't think or at least I'm not sure, if we expected the US to "lead us"* or make the first move - basically it would've taken new negotiations, agreements, laws and especially solutions to satisfy Ukraine's shell hunger problem.
* Is the US the leader of NATO?
I'm not sure tbh but I'll look into it.
There just were no wars in Europe for 8 decades (except for ex-Yugoslavia during the 90ies) and so any war related factories here "kinda starved" and closed down, but you're right, we just oversplept that we should've build new such factories during the past ~1000 days, I agree, I'm just not sure if ALL European countries were legally allowed to do so, due to post WW2 multilateral agreements we diligently honoured.
But in turn Europe helped Ukraine financially, to assure they can pay for their basic needs, like their pension and education system, medical institutions, military salaries, etc, to generally keep Ukraine afloat as a country ... which to me makes perfect sense, at least that's how I understand Ukraine related agreements between Europe and the US (... but as mentioned I could be totally wrong).
Tbh I don't even understand this whole "Europeans against Americans" beef you mentioned in your community post ... guess there were just lots of European viewers venting their frustrations and grievances in their comments about speaker Mike Johnson delaying Ukraine military support for several months and the US not allowing strikes into rų with US weapons, but I don't think it's that serious, or at the very least I really really hope that's not the case!
Unfortunately people don't always think ahead when writing their comments and as an individual I can't influence nor change others posts.
Anyways ... we Europeans must wake up now - and we allies shouldn't accuse each other, let alone "fight" in unnessessary online arguments - bc that'd make rų SUPER HAPPY.
& So we absolutely mustn't give them some more ammunition to drive a wedge between us.

Yeah, but the vet is very arrogant, he's talking delusional crap and he's threatening others, when in reality this doesn't work well, if you need help bc you're in a wheelchair...
I've been watching that part several times (especially the translations) and it taught me a lot.
Specifically, that the Russian poll-statistics are complete nonsense, there's NO way 80% of the Russians support this war, the exact opposite seems to be the case, when you look at these reactions of several people in that bus.
If anything, people seem to be furious about this war and the daily sacrifices they've to make for it and to them the war would be impossible without such brainwashed people becoming soldiers ... as that's basically, what the deeper meaning of the translations points to; (if it's translated correctly).
I feel very bad for the vet, but he has a tough road ahead of him, if he wants to survive there; and he should start with pretending this was the outcome of an accident or say he deeply regrets falling for Putin's propaganda.

Hi Jake!
I saw a friend of mine commenting during your August livestream something along the lines of:
"Jake, we love you, however when this war is over, I'm afraid you might lose a certain percentage of your viewers mainly interested in this conflict and Idk how many!
(& I believe this was a 2nd comment)
I'll still watch you bc your optimism is very contagious, your voice is calming and I need that, but I don't want you getting into a personal crisis/being disappointed!"
& When I read this, I thought to myself, that my friend @Doc in paradise is sadly right and that you've likely overlooked his livestream comments ... now I don't wanna make you fearful, but he really has a point here and I thought you should know; and pretty sure you've already figured this out yourself as well.
Btw, for me it's very much the same, I watch this video for psychological comfort and although I'm also interested in economy, I'd never dare to put my money into the stock market atm, bc I'm just learning the rules of economy right now and we've a worldwide totally unprecedented crisis so it'd be the worst point in time for a bloody beginner like me ... of course I'll stay and my friend likely will as well, but Idk how many others feel the same way.
Your YouTube statistics already gave you the correct answers, I fully understand your decision to make 2 channels instead of one and wish you the very best luck with both of them in the future.
& Of course I know that you're very much looking forward to peace as much as I do (you just don't have an aggressive personality and are very emotionally invested in a good future for Ukraine), I already see you following the work of rebuilding the country again and reporting about their progress; maybe you'll be even travelling there?

I'm texting with many Russians, turned out my greatest ęnęmy is YouTube's k3yword filters and AI censørship, bc they just dęlęte too many of their replies to me!
(I make no statements, I only ask them questions).
It's not fun, having to type and "decøde" their dęlęted replies and post them with their names under my name, to then reply to them, bc otherwise they would suspect, I reported and dęlęted them with I don't know, ~1000 fake accounts. (?)
It's just such a huge mess!
& They don't get it, no matter how great of a tutorial I've provided for them initially ... which I already have in my keyboard storage and it sounds like this...
Little tips:
1) ALWAYS make a copy of your own comments before you hit "send", bc you can NEVER know if/why/what gets you dęlęted.
2) ALWAYS decøde all the k3ywords (like naz¡, Ch¡na, ÇÇP, Russiąn, Ukrainiąn, trølls, violent words like h4te, r4pe, etc) and there're likely many more I don't know about, making tip 1, always make a copy of your own comment even more necessary.
3) ALWAYS double check, if your own comment also shows up in the thread where it belongs.
I feel defeated atm, so thank you so much for this video, Jake!
I desperately needed something positive rn!

Konstantin's family is still in Russia, all he can say at this point is "read between the lines" as he always does, so this discussion would be totally boring and pointless imo.
Although I like him to some degree, I can't get over my very first impression of "what an incredibly clever business model catering to a religious predominantly American audience" - his apathy towards Ukrainians suffering is "..." (no words) - and he also only fled bc he was deadly afraid of the draft; what a stark contrast to "Zack the Russian", The Russian Dude and Ukrainian channels!
He's getting hundreds of $$$ in superchats alone every day, this guy already has his own YouTube cult and he will be doing really well without Jake's help compared to other poor Russian refugees, not to mention all the unknown Ukrainians ... he'll only convince me of being genuine, when he actively supports Ukrainian refugees, and/or their humanitarian aid, or at the very least supports his fellow Russian refugees instead of only playing "poor me" and creating YouTube drama while enriching himself daily, if you get my drift.
Konstantin, Natasha and especially that spineless Niki are already privileged enough, they'll ALL do really well without Jake's help!

& Contrary to their own cosy-rosy propaganda, the vast majority of the locals don't support them neighter, SO in the Russians shoes, I'd be deadly afraid to eat, drink, etc, or get a faulty heater there tbh - this isn't the 1940ies anymore, when only newspapers and pigeons were available to get (still very limited) information from - even in worst case scenario of Russia capturing more parts of Ukraine, they'll NEVER BE ABLE TO HOLD IT LONG-TERM, except they're planning to de-populate Ukraine entirely, which might've already been their "plan-b" as soon as they had to realize, that their initial "plan-a" to "take Kyiv in 3 to 5 days and make a huge military parade" had failed spectacularly.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for these honest, very sobering insights, Jake and Brandon!
Just please think more than twice, before you invite Artem/the ru dude again, he started his channel with "all proceeds from my channel will be donated to Ukraine", then when the ru "partial" mobilisation happened in September 2022, he went to "parts of the proceeds ... to Ukraine" and I still naively gave him the benefit of the doubt (and I even defended him like a fool in his comment sections, bc his own viewers were questioning this sudden change), as I thought to myself, that it's just logical, he'll use the other part of his income to help ru friends to leave the country - mainly bc back then I desperately wanted to believe, there're still good ru out there "doing the right thing" - but dang I couldn't have been more wrong about him.
Now he's NO LONGER doing any of his "charitable livestreams*" which are still in his Google search results, as well as a connection to your good name and reputation, bc you had invited him once, certainly also thinking he's a great guy.
He still collects donations for Ukraine (as mentioned in his pinned comments), however doesn't donate anywhere and I don't think he's doing it secretly.
* He ended his charitable livestreams before the end of 2022.
Around the same time he started a Patreon account also pretending it's for Ukraine.
& Just to make this clear once and for all, there're good Russians I fully respect like e.g. Zack and I'd love to see him as your guest again.
Only putting this out there to warn you and your viewers to not fall for Artem any longer.

Hello Jake!
PLEASE don't forget, your warning about all these fake accounts pretending to be you, using your profile picture to scam people!
Well, your previous warning got dęlęted together with your video a few days ago.
So basically it was only up for a few hours and in the comments I was already texting with somebody who got scammed.
But I didn't get a reply, bc the video was taken down so quickly.
❗This warning was WAY TOO SHORT❗
PS.
Just got another reply of one of these fake accounts (on a comment of your previous video)...
PLEASE tell us at least, what we should report them for, I think it'd be a lot more effective, if it's always the same thing.
(Another channel even said, however knows how to do this should try to hąck these fake accounts).
Bc there're many options minus h4te speech (or something), 3 options remain:
1) spam/unwanted advertising
2) harassment (and mobbing)
3) misinformation
Well, ALL are "kind of accurate" but it's very confusing and I can't choose more than 1 of them, however there's NO option for "scammers" specifically.
Atm I take "spam". (?)
& Google did in fact take the account down, I double checked that.
(Sorry for copy-pasting this comment over your videos,
but I'm very worried).

@Doc_Simon
Oh my bad, I'm really very sorry, there's absolutely no problem with your question at all!💕
Before I very shortly replied to you here, I had just read the explanation for the missing flag below Jake's pinned comment - if I remember that correctly at the moment - and I was very focused on informing all viewers of the scammer account that flooded the entire comment section at that point, so I just scrolled through all head comments with 1 to 2 replies, opened them up and when I saw an impersonator-scammer's* reply there, I quickly wrote my warning, so that nobody would fall for it.
I certainly didn't mean to sound rude to you (although in hindsight I can see how it sounded that way, I fully apologize), I was just in a terrible hurry, trying to make it through hundreds of comments here as quickly as possible.
The scammer account/bot got deleted long time ago and YouTube doesn't count those deleted replies anymore, which leads to some confusion.
* Impersonator-scammers = accounts stealing Jake's profile picture and/or YouTube username, pretending to be Jake and urging people to contact them.

Respect to your dad and to you, Lisa!
I already wanted to ask you why you're so invested in this war and it feels, now I know at least one part of the answer why it's very important to you.
I believe, in a different comment below one of Starsky's livestreams I've already told you about my exile-Hungarian dad surviving 2 Russian invasions in Hungary - 1st as a 5 year old kid at the end of WW2, when my Hungarian family's males had all their females hidden in a secret basement from the Russian soldiers, they squatted in their house before looting it and moving on to the next house, then the 2nd Russian invasion in 1956 hit when he was barely 17, so he and his siblings sabotaged the Russians - and as a result of their resistance they had to flee to the west together.
They had never been to the west before, they had only heard the Russian propaganda's horror stories & fairy tales about the west and as you can probably imagine, they all basically fled into an unknown culture/adventure, bc they were all very young and had never been to the west before.
Also be assured, I'll never send my hoax summon in Russian to any Ukrainian commenter, although I don't speak neither of both languishes (😅), however there's an interesting difference between their 2 alphabets worth knowing, the Russian one doesn't have an "i", but the Ukrainian alphabet does have an "i" - so if you're ever wondering, how to separate the 2 languages just look for the "i" in the text and if there's none, it's Russian ... but I'd never send a "summon" to a commenter just for texting in Russian anyways, I only send it to very obvious trølls; (thankfully someone explained this difference to me helping to avoid unintentional "friendly fire").
My native language is German btw, so I can reply to it without any problems.
PS.
Thank you so very much for sending me to Mediocre Media yesterday, the channel's a treasure trove for war related footage.

So what are the odds, that Russia was then forced to buy tourniquettes from China in masses, bc they couldn't produce them themselves ... and most importantly, they were so blinded and brainwashed by their propaganda making them false hopes of success stories, that they didn't see this coming at all?
& No matter, how much I hate Russia and plenty of certain soldiers for their undeniable war crimes on Ukrainians, I can't help but feel truly terrible for those soldiers, who were pressured/forcefully mobilised into the Russian army, got injured and lost their limbs and health cause of all those tragically horrific circumstances combined ... Russia's own limiting pride also extremely limited their abilities to import medical supplies, so if they couldn't (bring themselves to ask the West and) couldn't get any medical supplies including tourniquettes from other countries than China, then it might not even have been pure greed of Russia purchasing the Chinese ones regardless of their bad quality.

@sumiland6445
I never saw you say/type something that would justify hostile reactions.
& Then my next thought, lol:
"From BOTH sides, how do you do that, how many sides does your device have?"
Geez I'm stupid today!
PS.
Sorry, I was just stuck watching the press conference over on the Mercado Media stream, it was surprisingly funny.
Maybe I'll show up to the Enforcer afterwards, however this'd be at 5a.m. here I guess, bc Mercado said the Enforcer stream is after him, not sure if he got that right though ... never tried their stream bc it'd be really late here and YouTube never suggested it to me before, so even LSA is everywhere, somehow I always forget it.
But Starsky could lure me over tbh.

& I heard, Ukraine's press honoured your war coverage on YouTube and I couldn't agree more with their choice to do so!
More than well deserved award Jake ... bc you're giving everybody interested in this war a fair and balanced reporting, that's WAY better than official media is currently doing right now!
They're just assuming, nobody's interested, everybody's "war-fatigued", so it's "generally better for mental health to ignore the invasion", put our heads into the sand and pretend it didn't happen at all - I've never heard before, that wars resolve themselves by ignoring them - THIS IS EXACTLY, what Putin's waiting for, it's dangerous and it makes me WAY more frightened, than being well informed and heavily invested into this war.
Take care of yourself Jake, war takes its toll psychologically and we as well as Ukrainians need you, so PLEASE make sure, to distract yourself from time to time with an entirely different hobby you're passionate about.
My best wishes to you!
& Slava Ukraine!

I'm still extremely grateful to you for clarifying to me/us/your whole audience, that, how and why we not native English speaking Europeans react a bit weirdly to the greeting question "how're you (doing)?" - at least I strongly believe it was you, Jake*, briefly talking about this during your last Q&A - and you've explained perfectly, WHY native English speakers didn't know how to react to me, when I was replying to them: "thank you ... umm ... I'm ok and how're you?".
Then there was always this very awkward silence on their end, that I couldn't explain to myself, bc I/especially we not native English speakers didn't know "how're you (doing)" is only a very common greeting, that doesn't require any answer.
* At least I believe it was you, Jake, but I watch so many 🇺🇦related channels that I might've mixed you up with one of the friends of your channel.
If that's the case, I genuinely apologize to you, it certainly wasn't an intentional mixup on my part.
It's really difficult for us, bc we usually wanna know (and also give) an honest answer to this greeting question; you're a really great English teacher, Jake ... and yes I still remember you taught English in South Korea.

Imo Ukraine removing those old historian and Soviet-era monuments is a fantastic idea!
However here's my admittedly very spontaneous idea to this:
Ukraine should NOT totally demolish all those pieces, although I more than fully understand their anger, frustrations and other Russian-symbolism related emotions - if I were in Ukraine's shoes, I'd sell all these "artworks" piece by piece to the highest bidder, (aka folks similar to me*) - by doing this, they could literally get lots and lots of "cash for Russian trash", so then Ukraine can immediately use these additional funds to support their armed forces, their civilians, to start rebuilding their destroyed houses, villages and maybe even cities...
* As part of the ex-iron curtain community, my family/friends/me can fully understand Ukraine and how much they despise seeing those statues and other signs of former and current Russian occupation on a daily basis!
From financing medical treatments for their wounded soldiers & international volunteers, to providing psychotherapy to everybody needing it there, also to feed animals suffering due to the Russian invasion, the options to use the "Russian artwork's" clash are limitless and fully justifiable imo.
I'd like to buy just a very small piece of such a statue or something that's somehow shaped in a form which can be easily transformed into a toilet, bidet or something - this'd make a hilarious remodelled "piece of historic Russian art" finally being brought to (justice and) becoming a useful house utensil - and it'd show my "appreciation" for all those Russian toilet thieves perfectly.
This'd be a great idea for Ukraine to generate some additional income out of something, that's nothing worth to them than disgust ... hopefully they're thinking about this possibility as well, bc that'd certainly symbolically be very satisfying for them I guess!
Slava Ukraine!

Regarding YOUR WARNING of FRAUDSTERS stealing (and abusing) your PROFILE PICTURE to SCAM less experienced unexpecting VIEWERS/COMMENTERS of your community OUT OF THEIR LIFE SAVINGS...
Most don't know, there're 2 Methods of reporting, I highly recommend using the first one:
1) a•] To start press/click Jake's original profile picture to get to his channel, make a copy of his URL - you find it inside Jake's "channel info".
b•] Then press/click the impersonator's profile picture and go to their channel.
c•] The usual 3 dots will bring you to the menu immediately.
d•] Choose "reporting", you'll get a lot more options there.
e•] One of them being "impersonating another account"*, then continue and you'll be able to write, begin with copy-pasting Jake's URL into the empty space.
(* or something very similar to that, sorry not a native English speaker here, just trying to help keeping people and Jake's community safe).
YouTube asks for the URL of the person/YouTuber, whose profile picture got stolen, so they're able to easily compare the two.
You can end it there.
f•] Or you can add:
"The unknown user is impersonating verified YouTuber xy/(Jake Broe in this example) and there's also reasonable suspicion of scam attempts"
g•] Then just hit "send", that's it and it only takes 2 to 10 minutes, depending on your own technical skills.
Due to already being on the impersonators channel, adding their URL logically isn't required.
I've learned about this a week ago and I absolutely love the method!
I only use this one, bc it's undeniably WAY more effective ... basically it's 1 shot and the scammer needs a different number to continue their scam-attempts.
[[ 2) I'll also mention this one, to show the difference, but tbh I don't recommend it at all.
The 3 dots besides the scammer's comment allow to "report" and you'll already see there, that the options you're getting are stupid and very limited ... basically you can only use "spam" or something.
This method requires mass reporting of (God knows how) many people and it only temporarily "shądoøw bąns" the comment, most times the "reported" scammer-comment will be back on the same place, when you return to the same thread later on, if not enough people have mass reported it - basically you're føøling yourself and you're wasting your time with this "reporting-method"!!! ]]
By using the first method, not only is the scammer's comment gone forever, but also the scammer's fake-account has become USELESS for further attempts to scam more people out of their life savings.
(I highly suspect, it's partially also Russian trølls scamming pro-Ukrainian commenters).
That's what I call a success!
Have a great time doing it and collectively helping to protect fellow less experienced unexpecting commenters from fraud, y'all!
PS.
Folks, PLEASE keep in mind, this first method is only to avoid criminality!
Don't use it in an attempt to silence people, just bc you don't agree with their opinions.
WE'RE BETTER THAN THAT!

PS.
& Don't even get me started on her allegedly used, but audibly non existent "fake Russian accent" please, bc I can't hear nor recognize any of it.
Everybody, who truly wants to hear a really fantastically well done fake Russian accent in English, should listen to Operator Starsky doing it for fun in his comedy skits and livestreams on his YouTube channel (called "Operator Starsky") ... that's a proper Russian accent!
Fake or not, it doesn't matter in this case ... she on the other hand doesn't even try, or forgets about it most of the time she's opening her mouth to lie ... talk.
Reminds me of the joke, "how do we know that the Russians are lying?" -> Their lips are moving.
It's hilarious to me though, that she's managed to collect money with this nonsensical circus(?) - I genuinely don't even know, how or what to call it - and of course she kept it for herself; the best way to support the gruesome Russian army, granted they never got a dime of it from her!
