@corerlt There're NO automatic Google translations, when you're replying to @Ales Xxx from your YouTube notification page - nor are there translations for anybody else replying to you in a different language - I guess, he's trolling you, as obviously he can read your English comments. You've to go back to the original video's comment section to read them*. The one you're asking about says something like: "Why save (meaning ammo)? They get it for free!" * But he's replying more than once to you, so it's better to memorize the thread's op and go back to the original video's comment section anyways ... this is if you're eager to communicate with a troll.

If they'd have wanted to surrender, they could've emerged from the forest all together - without any weapons and weaving a long stick with something white on it - they're the ones fighting in a foreign country after all; NO war crime.

Whoever this is, you need no enemies with him as friend/comrade/higher up! This guy has some serious anger issuers, sadism as well and doesn't know what he really wants. (Bc he wants another guy gone but his entire family instead; eighter homeboy makes no sense, or it's just some empty threats).
