There will be no "civil war" in the same vein as the 1861 conflict; more like a wave of Right-Wing terrorism with the people committing these crimes telling themselves they are fighting a civil war rather than committing acts of terror. Radicals and extremists always tell themselves the are "fighting a war" in order to rationalize their violent intentions
