Data shows that African Americans are proportionately pulled over and assaulted by police more often than their white counterparts. I have no idea where you get YOUR figures from and I really dont care. I have seen racial discrimination by whites being applied institutionally to blacks with my own eyes. I know it exist and I have seen the damage that it does.

Pretending colorblindness only denies the reality that black people face every day. Systemic racism that dates back hundreds of years in housing, schools, policing, prisons, access to food, clean water, marriage, entertainment etc... That approach failed because it is based on the false notion that colorblindness is possible in a society that grew out of slavery and Jim Crow. I dont want a fake colorblindness, I want punishing people for not being white to end. We are a multi-cultural society. Lets start there and work our way forward.

A racists criminal justice system. The murder of George Floyd. Disparities in housing, access to quality food and other resources. I could go on and on. There is plenty if disparity based on race and saying its "brainwashing" doesn't make these problems go away.
