Marvin Cooper Scientist dont even agree on what intelligence is, let alone how to accurately measure it. The only people who seem to have answered these questions definitively are white bigots. There is a BIG difference between a scientific study and military policy based on exam results. If you think you are smarter than a black person simply because you are white, YOU need to see a shrink!

@Mark Carson What "races" are you talking about by-the-way? First you need to prove that races exist. All the data demonstrates the commonality of genetic code within the human family. "Races" really dont exist within our species. We are divided into thousands of phenotypes but those are not "races". But you havent pointed out any science. Any attempt to "prove" you are smarter than another person because your skin is white is Pseudo-science. Just because you insist in labeling racial stereotypes as "facts", doesn't make it so

The IQ exam is but one tool a psychiatric expert can use to measure IQ in individuals who are learning disabled or suffer from a neurological disorder. It was NEVER intended to prove that the white man is naturally smarter than the black man! That would be a misuse of the tool and a bastardization of the process. So you see, your IQ scores dont impress me. By-the-way there are hundreds of different phenotypes within sub-Saharan Africa. Grouping them all together into one "race" was a convenience introduced by European colonialism and slavery
