  5. The French dont have any tanks to send. They can send Ukraine One squadron maybe? The French rely on the USA to provide the bulk of tank support if NATO goes to war

The only viable combat units are Wagner and they are only slightly more effective than the Russian army itself at this point. Moral is low all around. You cant launch a successful attack with men who have no confidence in their officers, equipment or training
