@Every Tip : Many states are already working hard to make the popular vote more relevant in future elections. Something also needs to be done about the structure of the U.S. senate. Why should a state with less than half a million residents be given two senators? This is not 1787! We also need to consider term limits for Supreme Court justices. They are obviously partisan today which is something the founding fathers never expected. Kavanaugh even had the balls to threaten the Democratic party during his confirmation hearings!
