  3. EBC: You have no legal knowledge. Refugees have the right to apply for asylum in any country they are capable of reaching. Also, the US does not have the right to take their children in an attempt to deter future waves of refugees. Totally illegal and immoral

  4. EBC: That does not mean they are breaking the law by crossing the border which was my point. Refugees can only be legally rejected if their legal status dictates so. Mass or blanket refusals of entry are ILLEGAL.Those that say these are illegal aliens are WRONG. They have every right to cross into the US seeking asylum and the US does not have the right to seize their children in response to this action. These people are also entitled to due legal process once they are here. The host country then can determine their status and they may be expelled on an individual basis. The US does not have the right to block entry of refugees simply because they are part of a mass migration

  5. EBC: I just want you to acknowledge that there is a difference between entering the country illegally and refugees entering seeking asylum legally when they cross our border. A lot of the people being arrested have the legal right to be here

  6. MJZ: Blocking the enterance isint simply an issue for the US code. It is also regulated by international law and international standards that the US has agreed to. It has nothing to do with me or you "passing judgement"
