Especially Donbass, Lugansk, Kiev ( not Kyiv as they rewrite our history), Odessa and so on. no. It's 8 years war started by Ucraine in 2014, Putin wants to stop the war against russian world and russian people and he wants to change the criminal authorities of Ucraine and stop this 8 years war.
