  4.  @Gary-le7dz  No employee has a God given right to index linked pay rises at any time, let alone during an economic downturn. Following the credit crunch the BMA accepted a few below inflation pay rises because as the chancellor George Osborne said at the time “we are all in this together”. The new self-entitled breed of poorly educated, badly trained British doctors are economically illiterate as well as incompetent.
