  9. ​ @justadude8369  The Marxist mindset that third rate doctors trained in this country deserve the same salaries the USA pays their own world class medics because they are all “doctors” is the essence of communism. It’s rather like a National League footballer striking and refusing to play again for his team unless they pay him the same wage as a Premier League superstar because they are both “footballers”. The highest paying teams will attract the most talented players in a global free market system while the highest paying countries will attract the best trained, most competent doctors. The new breed of self-entitled British medics need a reality check to learn their place and accept they cannot compete for top salaries on the world stage with the likes of highly educated Singaporeans and South Koreans. The market rate for high flyers is higher than the market rate for also-rans in a capitalist meritocracy.
