Every shop I go in has foreigners filling their baskets with our food. The shops are staffed with native Britons. Most foreigners claim benefits - working in a shop would be anathema to them.

@nealejames2243 We train too many of our own. Foreign doctors are more highly educated, properly trained and competent than their dumbed down British counterparts.

@renarich4942 These days anyone of average intelligence can become a doctor in dumbed down Britain. Medical schools in other countries have more rigorous entry requirements than the UK and provide better training.

@boofuu3145 Singaporean doctors working in the UK were aghast at the lack of medical knowledge and poor levels of understanding evident in the new breed of poorly educated, badly trained, incompetent British medics.

@zosiawane8235 NHS doctors are among the highest paid in Europe but provide one of the worst services in Europe. British taxpayers are getting poor value for money.

Blame this on Johnson’s Tory government. When Gordon Brown left office in 2010 not a single migrant had crossed the channel and my town was 99.99% white. Johnson and Patel’s multicultural experiment has led to its ruination.

They would resist deportation.

Most towns were still recognisable 7 years ago.

There are plenty more like him on AV Forums and Digital Spy.

@zaynemal5413 Don’t believe the TV commercials.

We need more dedicated, highly educated, properly trained, competent foreign doctors in place of the new breed of self-entitled, poorly educated, badly trained, incompetent British medics who are responsible for over £86 billion of outstanding claims against the NHS for clinical negligence.

James2001 on Digital Spy is another one.

@zosiawane8235 NHS doctors are among the highest paid in Europe after salaries are adjusted for the cost of living. According to the Nuffield Trust/OECD data on the BBC News website only three of the 44 countries in Europe paid doctors more than England last year. £14.09 was an excellent basic hourly rate for a first year medical graduate trainee with limited practical experience taking their first tentative steps to learn the trade under strict supervision and guidance and with overtime, night shift allowance and weekend enhancements they could make a top line of £40k plus.

@christinefiedor3518 You say more than 50% of medical errors are made by foreign staff - do you have a source for this and what is the exact percentage?

Deportation is expensive.
