  5.  @gemhunter616  the rarity of land is a scam there’s plenty of land it’s just been restricted by the government to keep the housing price high. It’s one big scam and evil on the working class in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong people have been abused under British rule and now under Hong Kong rule let’s see if the Chinese government are any different and take a more Singapore approach

  7.  @catbertevil750  on top of that the original residents land is restricted from being built higher than 3 floors this is more backwards thinking than Shenzhen. Where it’s original residents land can be developed into skyscrapers that alone would solve a lot of housing crisis. Hong Kong original residents have less rights than Shenzhen original residents that’s how badly the tycoons own Hong Kong
