  3.  @ahlamns  if you dip plan white bread in curry would it be the same as a toasted naan dipped in curry? The crispy bits help soak up soup or sauce like a sponge without being overly soggy. Basically texture’s in the mouth could you imagine deep fried onion rings and you cover it in thick Japanese curry sauce.

  4. Worst part must be packing after a nights shift when you just want to sit down and relax. That is will power anyone who has worked in a kitchen knows at the end of a busy shift you are to tired to even eat
