  1. Surely the giant air scoop could be classed as forced induction to some degree? Especially at high speeds.

  2.  @socalguy829  I just wonder if the ram air effect combined with a specifically engineered venturi & I imagine some of the aero will be designed to direct more air to the scoop - could that create enough inlet pressure to be considered forced induction? I'm not accusing them of cheating, I just wonder what percentage of performance gains are due to the scoop, and if any gains, could that be considered as boost.
