There was the Mazda Bongo Brownie Birdwatcher. There was some logic to it though Bongo - Van Brownie - Has seats (people mover) Birdwatcher - Has windows in roof (to see birds?)

Lotus have been fans of the parts bin of various car makers. Having an early Esprit one gets to know where all the various parts came from. Regular service items. Timing belt Nissan maxima Front pads GM' Rear pads FIAT Indicator stalk Landrover S3 Door handles Austin Allegro etc

My wife got given an SCargo. She then asked if I could fix it. For those not married this is wife speak for "I want it fixed" The primary criteria for getting it was "It was cute". It has however proven to be remarkably practical vehicle. Good load volume, compact and easy to get in and out of. This is a vehicle that was made for 3 years, 30 years ago, 8000 total were made and was only available in the Japanese domestic market. Of course workshop manuals are only in Japanese. So repairs are pretty much seat of the pants but with a little research one can work out what Nissan model they got the part off (Mainly 80's Sentra) As parts cars came up we have bought them (we now have 3 SCargos) They seem to be breeding.....

@dbergerac9632 That will explain it. Although I would have thought a van would be more practical as a coop?

In the early 70's we were a family of 6 with an Austin Mini station wagon. By the late 70's we had a Ford Falcon XY station wagon. My father kept that car for 30 years

At least with the introduction of the SUV models the pronunciation finally becomes correct. A coop is what you keep chickens in.
