Covid in USA has a current kill rate of ~1.8% of those infected depending on age. The same goes for Polio. In those with muscle weakness, about 2 to 5 percent of children and 15 to 30 percent of adults die.

  3.  @JStryker7  It appears to be closer to 2% death. However even 1% of US population would be 3.3million dead. Also it does not affect all ages equally. Over 50 have proportionately higher death rate or do you regard the over 50s as expendable?

  5. DDT invented in 19th century. Polio has existed for thousands of years. The vaccine came in the 1950's. The dates don't remotely correlate.
