Illegal invasion based upon ginned up intelligence produced expressly because the real intelligence reflected the reality -- that the WMD programs had been almost entirely shuttered -- and thus, inconveniently didn't justify the invasion. Russia would not have the supporters they do in this war in Ukraine if not for the Iraq invasion and the resulting raft of crimes against humanity and war crimes.
