 @sarahbrown5073 - There will never be a shortage of 155mm shells. Try again. Some missile and longer range system ammo shortages exist, but are way overblown and don't concern 155mm shells.

As Ukraine has pointed out, they are going to have to de-mine anyway because of Russian cluster munitions which also have a much higher failure rate. I do not support this decision, but the context is key.
