As far as I understand it, that proposal from Moscow says the issue of the Crimean territory cannot be discussed at all in the negotiations, that Ukraine must request permission from Russia in order to hold any and all joint military exercises with any other nation, and that Ukraine must agree to no more weapons transfers from NATO to Ukraine. I other words, this April 15th, 2022 proposal from Moscow is a demand for an end to Ukrainian sovereignty and subjugation to Russia regarding their own defense and security.

  4.  @casteretpollux  - Different, not better. Russia's offers so far still amount to unreasonable subjugation to Russia. Russia is attempting to pull the wool over people's eyes and make them think it can negotiate a harsh deal from a position of unmatched strength. We, outside of Russia's domestic bubble of lies, know Russia's position is far weaker than it was in December, and weaker still in May than it was in April.
