Cornel West switched parties because of ballot access, not due to some some ideological difference between the platform proposals of the People's Party vs. the Green Party. The debate stage and the ballot should not be so hard to get on. That being said, I believe Senator Bernie Sanders was right to endorse Biden early because the successes of the first term are big and the stakes with the ongoing ethno-nationalist insurgency are high.
