Advocates should continue to demand the best healthcare system we can imagine, while legislators and leaders should continue to forge a path forward. More attention is deserved by what Democrats do to address the problem, against lockstep opposition for six decades from the GOP. For instance, the massive improvements and expansion of the Affordable Care Act in the Build Back Better package (blocked by the two Koch Dem Senators) and the bill put forth by Rep.
