  3. I'm worried when we adopt the euphemism of the CIA-run psychological warfare and targeted assassination program in the Vietnam war as how we talk about political activism. Please don't use "win hearts and minds" without knowing the bloody and cruel origins of it. "Hearts and Minds or winning hearts and minds refers to the strategy and programs used by the governments of Vietnam and the United States during the Vietnam War to win the popular support of the Vietnamese people and to help defeat the Viet Cong insurgency."
