  1. Let us be honest about what the US has been doing. Every ATACMS (and Storm Shadow) strike needs a different set of terrain recognition images laded into the missile before launch. Only the US has the image library. So it is not just identifying the target's location; the US us is complicit in actually carrying out every strike and the missiles could not fly to the target without the US.
