  36. It is partially size but I would say Asians are pound for pound less powerful (on average). They have more endurance though, as shown by Chinese and Koreans being competitive in marathon running. Mental endurance and sustained attention is a Chinese trait in my opinion. Chinese make good workers. Rice farming probably explains it.
