@TrevorCrook-c1s Britain is strictly armchair and would not do anything without US permission. Its the Americans who have the real surveillance and intel . The Ukrainians have a vast amount of practical experience and satellite photos are commercially available.

@JP-vb5cx Britain is finished as a force in international politics. The UK government has immense economic problems with low grow and lack of investment (Poland will be richer that Britain by 2030--40). British policy is is now all about about managing decline.

@peterjensen3076 Conditions in Ukraine are completely unlike anything Western armies have been training for. Even in things that they out to be expert on Western advisors tuned out to be useless. For example the depth of Russians minefields turned out to be far greater than Western armies assumed. Special Forces and CIA/ MI6 are like marital arts, because people have seen them in so many movies where the hero disposes of an army of bad guys, there is a vastly exaggerated idea of what they can achieve.

Not special because drones are the backbone of Ukrainian defence. Every Ukrainian man wants to be a drone operator which is a relatively safe job only because the bulk of Ukrainian soldiers actually holding Russia back by sitting in dug outs under artillery observation and FPV strikes. The Russian ARMY is the problem for Ukraine.
