  2. The basically inert warheads of Oreshnik as used on Ukraine are easy to mock; the Kremlin will take note that they are not being taken seriously. Nuclear use by Russia is still very unlikely but it is not so unthinkable as it used to be.

  3.  @joeblack1052  Oreshink strikes are performative, and the first one had the most impact. It's not viable for use as a conventional weapon on any scale. Unlike glide bombs and drones.
