  2. Names on the Epstein list include the 'victims' who were witnesses against Epstein and Maxwell and were perpetrators too. That could help Maxwell's appeal which is already winnable on the same grounds that Bill Cosby had his conviction reversed on, Giuffre was the source of all these stories about VIP perpetrators and many unidentified far underage victims, yet she never used in any criminal case as a witness.
