Наши нефтяные компании уже по уши в долгах и будут отдавать нефть за "бесплатно". И за все время не было ни одной серьезной попытки модренезировать экономику и сделать ее конкурирующей, хотя за это время (60 лет) нас обогнали такие страны как Япония и Корея своими либеральными реформами с экономическим чудом. Я другой жизненный пример покажу. Вот англичане свозили в штаты негров. Думаете они сами в Африке бегали по деревням? Нет, просто ждали в своей верфи когда придет африканский вождь торговать своими лучшими рабами за золото.
