  2.  @carlospinto5402  I know that the schism did not end de facto, but de jure the ecumenical patriarchy submitted to the pope. And the Kiev Patriarch of All Russia participated in this agreement. And so later Moscow declared itself the third Rome, since the two Romes fell into heresy, and the Kiev patriarch fled to Moscow when Kiev was occupied by the Lithuanians.
