This guy did actually give out orders though, he was a commander not the cook, don't play down his involvement.

@just_janen_1196 so I take it you did not listen at the @1.00 mark when it states he was 1 of 6 political members, including the prime minister, on trial?

@just_janen_1196 if he wasn't convicted then he wasn't convicted, just like anyone else or are you trying to say they let him off because they felt sorry for the guy? Not sure what your interpretation of the court system is, any court system, but they don't just do them for a laugh and it's not an automatic judgement based on your investigation into the matter.
