Didn't they already do that when they left? And here is the result, Taliban peace. Literally pointless "negotiating" if it is only ever adhered to by one side anyway.

@courierton9217 the irony, hiding like cockroaches...for the past 20 years you mean? How do you know "3-4" Taliban are "conquering" districts?? Are you doing the conquering or is that what the local newspaper says??
