  13. It’s regulated as sex work is already somewhat legal… sex work can only occur in some areas that the state decides. This would decrease not increase the likelyhood of crime.

  23. How? Sex work has existed prior to the Roman Empire? A society has recognised that it won’t ever go away and instead has regulated it and taxed it? Regulations are to stop ppl from being hurt/forced to do action they do want to. Regulations regarding where it can and can’t take place. Now they are building a new structure to centralise where it can take place it’s just a modern building. Should America ban alcohol again? The drink sounds incredibly dystopian if you were to describe it and it’s effects alone.
