  1. I’m confused… I understood that part if the reason for the chip shortage was Trumps tariff war with China. I read that there were thousands of contracts cancelled, and that Taiwan was building two factories to meet demand that would be in production in 4-6 years (about 2 years ago). I thought this shift in production was in part because of that, but you mentioned Biden’s stopping sales of chip machines to China. I hadn’t heard of that, but it sure sounds like something he would do. Please educate me someone!
