  1. Not Lobster related, but when you mentioned that many people don’t eat meat on Friday’s, meaning people of the Catholic faith, caused a boom in lobster consumption. MsDonald’s Filet of Fish 🐠 was created for this very reason and remains so to this day. McDonald’s noticed a drop in sales every Friday and created the fish sandwich to meet that need, and it worked. It has been on McDonald’s menu ever since. 😎
