  1. Everything about this is great except ONE LITTLE THING... The officer FIRED HIS WEAPON! At no time was the gun pointed at the officer, yet the officer fired and luckily missed. I get that officers absolutely have the right to protect themselves or stop a threat to others, but he FIRED his weapon. I guess we should be happy he missed instead of a head shot, or the common empty your clip into the perp.
