@sKid-zy1ss — What law did Trump break? TREASON. Your proof is in the January 6th speeches where he incited a riot when people marched to the capitol to stop the final vote process in the Senate. The as in THE very definition of Treason reads whoever incites an insurrection against the United States of America shall be guilty of Treason. Please not the phrasing in that law. It does not say convicted, does not say proven in court to have, it doesn’t say anything but “shall be guilty” period.

@gracesandagato3829 — I think you are confused. Nancy Pelosi has zero control of the national guard. The National Guard reports to and is authorized by the state governor. The US military reports directly to him, which is why he set the stage by replacing top pentagon officials with sycophants, and military officers and aides threatened to resign one by one if he gave the order to use the U.S. military to stay in power. (It’s against the constitution to use US military on US soil against US citizens — That’s why the National guard exists.)
