  2. This was just a hearing on wether to release the text and voice messages to the January 6th committee, or not. The judge might have just ruled yes, but either he made a statement or the judgement/decision contained those words as justification of his declining Trumps efforts to suppress evidence. (His legal team is fighting the release of ALL information. That’s WHY this case was heard.
