But Mexico is its own country, if the US intervenes, it would be called an invasion. I get the want and the need, but the request must come from Mexico, the USA must be invited. And sadly, even though Trump said he would be glad to help and promised to help, and Mexico asked for help, no help came. Now that Trumps out, perhaps we can get an honest answer from our government, and maybe the help needed
