I remember working for Delta Airlines many years ago, and they encouraged unionization. Their reasoning was sound, if you wish to reduce benefits, reduce pay by 15%, and reduce holiday pay, please by all means vote yes!

Clearly I should have elaborated, I overestimated the intelligence of the audience. Delta paid well, treated its employees well, and if a company wants to be successful, they treat their employees well, like a valued resource. Clearly had Starbucks done so, they would have kept the union out. What y’all are saying is WHY Starbucks was unionized, why it was needed, and why it was good for the employees. I’m guessing you’re all Starbucks employees. 🤣

Too funny 🤣 (takes a deep breath…) The video says Starbucks fought the unionization vote, and yet didn’t increase the wages. This makes Starbucks an idiot company too. You may need to read this twice to comprehend it. Feel free to ask someone to explain it to you.
