I get your furor, but when you step on a nail, do you sue the manufacturer? We have a HUMAN problem. We could start to teach how to recognize violent behavior in ourselves and others in schools, but we don’t. But you’re not, you are attacking the people who allowed guns on the street. So I ask again, after that, then what? Do we go after the hammer makers, the knife makers? The 2x4 lumber makers, ban nail guns? Ban axes? A gun has no mind and takes no actions, PEOPLE DO. We have a people problem.

@lightmyjointplease8359 — Your point is valid, weapons do make killers more effective. But my point, and I’m thinking you know this, everywhere where guns were outlawed, only law abiding citizens turned in their weapons. The murder rate declined, then rebounded.

@williamfulgham2010 — Your initial point is valid, but then you had to go and think it’s okay to post “F*CK the President of the United States!” This is never acceptable. The only thing it does is show you are un-American, and are part of the problem and not part of the solution.
